Breathing Techniques & Guided Meditation

Breath work and meditation are the foundation and key elements of practicing mindfulness and obtaining stress reduction in your life. It is gentle, noninvasive, and can be profoundly effective. Enjoy relaxing the body, mind and spirit finding balance and harmony.

Throughout these sessions you will easily learn strategies for stress reduction that you can apply to your daily life. Commitment to practice the techniques learned in-between each weekly session yields optimal results.

Sessions 1-3, One hour

  • Learn and practice three new breathing exercises each session

  • Discuss how these techniques can become daily practice and improve your well-being

  • Experience a personalized meditation

  • Instructions to practice breath work and journal experiences to share at the next appointment

Session 4, One hour

  • Discuss your breath work practice and share what you have experienced

  • Learn steps for using imagery on your own

  • Discuss how these techniques can become daily practice and improve your well-being

  • Experience a guided meditation
